Irish Moss Gel is good in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. I personally take at least 2 tablespoons daily and maybe additional tablespoon at night before bed. Sea Moss Gel can be mixed with almost anything you prefer, it is tasteless and will not change the taste of your tea, coffee, oatmeal, applesauce, smoothies etc. If you decide to freeze your Sea Moss please do not keep in container, it will burst.
